Do you have multiple bikes that need repair? No problem! When you’re done, click “Submit repair request” and simply fill out the form again. You can do this as many times as you like.
Enter the frame number below and describe what is wrong. The frame number is on a barcode sticker on the frame, usually near the left pedal.
Scan the barcode with the Scan button. Doesn't that work? Then type in the letters and numbers printed below the barcode, or take a photo of the sticker.
